It’s no secret that I literally live for a good beach day, so I wanted to round up my beach day essentials. I kid you not, I pack every single one of these items with me on any given beach day! I included everything from my favorite beach hat, my go to sunscreen and even my signature picnic basket. I include links and chat about my love for each item a bit more below.

My go-to Lack of Color Hat: I’ve owned this hat for years and I can’t head to the beach without it, it has a perfect wide brim to keep your face shaded all day long. I wear it in the L/XL + pro tip, if it’s slightly too big I use a foam insert to make it fit nice and snug!

A good pair of sunnies: I rotate in different sunnies depending on my outfit and overall vibe, but these are such a staple for me!

A beach tote: cause we always need something chic and aesthetic to throw all of out beach day is in this and the CottonOn totes are always on rotation for beach days lately

A good beach blanket/towel: a bit of a splurge, but it’s worth every single penny in my opinion.

Something to make my skin glow: I’ve highlighted the Summer Fridays glow enough for you guys to know its a MUST try! It gives your skin a perfect shimmery glow.

Bathing suit + linen cover ups: what else is there to say here? I simply can’t head to the beach without a cute swimsuit and a linen cover up. I’ve been loving this Tan + Lines one too!

A spritz to protect my hair: This hair spray from Klorane is literally meant for sun soaked, salt water drenched hair and is an absolute must every summer!

A picnic basket for packing snacks (and wine): The lid also double as a cutting board and after a year of using this picnic basket, I can confirm that it can fit any and every bottle of wine!

and lots and lots of SPF! SunBum is my current go-to for SPF and tanning lotion.

+ you can find me in the shade all day under an umbrella, I’m currently debating upgrading my bright blue Costco, tommy Bahama umbrella for this white aesthetic umbrella.
